Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research in main verticals and create outreach strategies for acquisition of new users
• Identify, contact, and build relationships with multiple influential user account prospects i.e. calls, emails, meetings galore
• Production and implementation of premium business development deals
• Monitor site performance on Google Analytics and produce reports for individual profiles, message content, and channel programs
• Assist with CRM system updates using Salesforce, including creation of new leads, opportunities, and dashboards
• Update weekly team meeting master decks with latest deals and stats
• Provide Biz Dev team with support on daily basis and work hand-in-hand with the Partneships manager to sign on new deals and grow the site’s popularity.

Required Skills

• Excellent writing skills
• Strong Excel and Powerpoint knowledge

• Monitor social conversations about VYou on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and select blogs
• Engage with fans, bloggers, and others in the online community as appropriate with direct messages, public responses and personal outreach
• Track responses from social campaigns and report on key metrics
• Manage our Facebook fan page & Twitter profile
• Maintain the VYou company blog and post regular updates on new releases, updates & changes
• Develop a blogger outreach plan which includes ideal blogs to engage with and background research
• Conceptualize and develop new text/photo/video content to use in social campaigns, blog posts and other outreach
• Help organize press breaks, both print and online
• Support planning for any events or press meetings
• Scan for press breaks
• Help organize and keep up to date press books and materials
• General support to the PR staff

• Familiarity with social media platforms, primarily Facebook, YouTube & Twitter
• Excellent writing skills
• Ability to create photo content (basic photo editing, resizing, cropping, etc)
• Knowledge of web analytics terminology
• Basic Excel use
